Frequently Asked Questions
(FAQs)
Do you offer warranty?
We offer a 1-year warranty on labour. Equipment such as furnaces, boilers, water softeners, etc. comes with a separate manufacturer’s warranty—this paperwork is provided to you upon completion of work and registration of your product(s).
How do you charge?
Quotes are always free! For service calls, we charge hourly (minimum 1-hour) with a flat site-visit fee.
Larger jobs (new installs, replacements, and retrofits) are quoted. We do not offer flat-rate pricing due to product variety and fluctuating costs. A visit to site to assess scope of work for larger jobs and provide a quote is always FREE.
What are your Technicians' qualifications?
Our Technicians are Red Seal Certified Journeyman Plumbers and Qualified Gas Fitters. We may have Apprentice/Pre-Apprentice Plumbers assist under supervision of a Journeyperson.
Are you licensed and insured?
We are commercially insured and bonded, hold business licences in the municipalities we operate within, and have WCB clearance. We have also obtained our Alberta Prepaid Contractor's License to accept deposits for larger jobs.

However, we DO offer and encourage regular maintenance for your systems. Please contact us to inquire.
